Information and history about the 2SLGBTQ+ community, clarifying key concepts of sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression; short overview of the Canadian and Ontario human rights legal frameworks; discussing real examples of the need for allyship for the 2SLGBTQ+, work through real work scenarios.
